miTAS - a "multimedia individual training and work assistance system
The miTAS project aims to sustainably improve the employment situation of people with disabilities in the primary labour market by using a mobile system for digitally supported, multimedia learning and training of practical procedures in vocational training and work processes. For this purpose a pedagogical-didactic concept, an app and a media box will be developed.
The pedagogical-didactic concept consists of several sub-areas. It is based on scientific
basics of learning in general, learning with digital media and the acquisition of skills with regard to
use and application of digital media
miTAS can be used as an app on mobile devices (e.g. smartphone or tablet) or as a browser version. This means that the support that is needed can be obtained at any time - anytime and anywhere.
All users of miTAS are assigned their own profile, which contains settings for the user interface and the tasks they perform with miTAS.
The media box is an internet platform on which a wide variety of materials and information can be found.
This content can be used in different learning phases (see concept), contexts and by different target groups.
The media box can be used in all phases of the individual, self-directed learning process.
