Importance and implementation of the concept in practical work
The pedagogical concept for the integration of miTAS in an organization or for use in smaller groups offers a multitude of possibilities to support the acquisition of the above-mentioned competencies. Different target groups are conceivable and, depending on the organization, can be integrated into the educational process.
In the following, the significance and implementation of the concept for practical work in the education and training of people with disabilities will be discussed. The learning process of miTAS can be visually represented by the following figure:
